Eureka!

A special team drove up from Massachusetts to do an unusual hydrofracturing process to try to squeeze more water out of our nearly dry 1,260 foot hole. They spent 2 days pushing enormous amounts of water into the well (so much, in fact, that the well spouted water for 24 hours afterwards). They couldn't tell us results at the time, but since then we hooked up our well pump and - drum roll - we have real water now!!! Looks like about 80 gallons/hour. Not a gusher, but completely manageable. We are thrilled!
