Our magical excavator turned the mountain of rock into a hole ready for the foundation guy to start footings and walls. The most amazing thing is that he used all the rock and gravel on the site and didn't have to haul any away. Now we will have a nice side yard and turnaround area which we didn't have before.
Foundation footings are scheduled to go in next week and walls the week after. Wish for warm weather for us!
