Flooring is going down this week and next, then kitchen installation week of August 25th. Plumbers arrive after that while the framers move on to interior trim and stairs. On the outside, still a lot to do, as you'll see in the last photo below, but we're just keeping focused on the goal.

The vertical wall area below will eventually be our fireplace w/chimney (5-10 year phase II plan!). For now, we might put a woodstove in that area:

Outside, there's been siding progress, but it's been so slow, largely due to rain...13" in the last 40 days! We may try to get a different crew to work on siding to speed up the entire process. However, what's been put on looks gorgeous. The white pieces of trim will be painted to match the siding, eventually :)
